Return Policy
Returns or exchanges must be processed within 30 days* and returned to us in their original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, free of pet hair). Orders exceeding the 30 day window, or items marked as Final Sale, are not eligible for a return or exchange. Do not wash the bags – only spot clean.
Shipping
We ship as fast as we can so you can start enjoying your gear. Most orders are processed and out the door in 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated at checkout, but transit time can take up to 6 days, depending on your distance from Texas. We cannot ship to PO boxes. Please contact us if you have any shipping questions.
Damaged Shipping
We’ve vetted our carriers to provide the best possible shipping and customer care; however, occasional issues do arise. If you see major damage to your package or any other issues with delivery, please take a picture of your package before opening it and send it to CasspenLLC@gmail.com. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking number (please be prepared to provide an alternative and secure address for a second delivery attempt).
